So, you have a class reunion coming up and you’re inspired to take on the role of the planner? Fantastic! Someone – or a small group – from every class must step up to the plate to plan their reunion.

Volunteer

Volunteer to organise your reunion. Email 69³ÉÈ˵¼º½â€¯to register your reunion.

Start a Facebook group

Create a poll within your Facebook group to determine the best date for everyone.  You can also ask 69³ÉÈ˵¼º½ for an email list of classmates.

Pick a Venue

Recent reunions have been held at Bar Pacino, in the city, and Fiction Bar & Restuarant in Raby Bay. 69³ÉÈ˵¼º½ can help with placing a deposit to secure the venue.

Promote the event

Use Facebook regularly to ask attendees for opinions on food, drinks and activities. As likes and shares for your social posts increase, more people will RSVP. 
Ask 69³ÉÈ˵¼º½ to promote your reunion via the  and emails to alumni.

Enjoy your 69³ÉÈ˵¼º½ reunion

This is a time to reconnect with old friends and possibly spark relationships again that will last a lifetime. At the reunion, gather everyone for a group photo and email a copy to 69³ÉÈ˵¼º½ so it can appear in the next alumni magazine.
